Target group: All people who want to actively (re)activate their own self-healing powers and who want to learn about methods and insights for their own strengthening.
Objective: Your own stress experience as well as dealing with stress at work and in everyday life are reflected here and worked on in a solution-oriented manner. Content: In this two-day seminar, scientific knowledge about stress and its effects on body and mind are combined with the experience and memory of one’s own body. You reactivate your body’s self-healing powers through mindfulness exercises and strengthen your resilience for different life situations. A trip into your brain enables you to see more about the connections and active effects. Psychological stress is considered and the importance of burn-out is explained, as is carefully handling oneself in order to be preventively active. Development of one’s own resources and stabilization of the emotional experience with the help of the inner drivers. On request a personal coaching of around 15 minutes.
